MoltSets resolves contact data from its own database. For mobile phone requests specifically, MoltSets also makes a live call to a third-party data source, so you get the most current number available rather than a cached match. Those calls cost phone tokens.

Phone tokens are separate from your regular credit balance and are used only for mobile phone lookups. They exist to maximise coverage and freshness, so you don't get an empty or stale result just because a number isn't in MoltSets' native database.

Note: Phone tokens are available through a monthly phone plan, added on top of a paid MoltSets subscription. Phone plans can't be added while on the Free plan.

When you request mobile phone data, MoltSets makes a live call to a third-party data source on every lookup, so results reflect the most up-to-date number available. A phone token is consumed only when that call returns data. Lookups that find nothing are free.

Your phone plan bills on the same cycle as your MoltSets subscription, so you have one renewal date. If you add a phone plan partway through your billing cycle, the first charge and the first month's tokens are both prorated to the days remaining in that cycle. From your next renewal onwards, you pay the full monthly price and receive the full token allocation.

For example, adding the $97 plan halfway through your cycle charges around $48.50 and adds around 323 tokens.

Unused phone tokens roll over from month to month and don't expire, as long as you stay subscribed to a phone plan. If you cancel your phone plan or your MoltSets subscription, any remaining phone tokens are removed from your account.

Only mobile phone lookups that return data. Each one uses 1 phone token. Lookups that return no data, and all email lookups, are never charged.
