Managing Your MoltSets Account

Useful information about managing your MoltSets account; from inviting teammates to closing your account.

Inviting Team Members to Your Account

To invite a teammate to your MoltSets account, click My Account in the navigation menu. From there, click "Invite a User" and enter their email address to send an invitation.

There is no seat limit — invite as many teammates as you need at no extra charge.

Before you invite

Each email address can only be associated with one MoltSets account. If the person you're inviting already has a MoltSets account under that address, you'll see an error. If that happens, ask your teammate to use a different email address when accepting the invite.


Closing your account

Before you close your account

Closing your account will:

  • Cancel your subscription

  • Revoke all API keys

  • Sign you out of the dashboard immediately

Your account will be suspended but not deleted. You can still log in, but the account cannot be used until it is reactivated.

How to close your account

  1. Go to your My Account page

  2. Click Close Account

  3. When prompted, click Yes, continue

  4. Read the final confirmation, then click Yes, close my account

You will be signed out immediately after confirming.

Need to reactivate?

Contact the support team and they can reactivate your account.

Changed your mind?

Click Cancel at either confirmation step to stop the process. Your account will not be affected.
