To manage your MoltSets subscription, visit the billing page in your dashboard. From there you can:
Change your plan
Add or update your payment method
See your past invoices
Changing plans
To change your plan, choose the "Change Plan" option from the menu and select the plan you want to switch to. After selecting, you'll be redirected to our payment processor to confirm your selection.
Upgrading
Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged the prorated difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remainder of your billing cycle. Your billing date does not change.
Downgrading
Downgrades are scheduled for your next renewal date. You keep your current plan and rate limits until then. No prorated refunds are issued.
Seeing past invoices
If you are currently subscribed to a paid plan, or were in the past, you can view your previous invoices by selecting "See Past Invoices" from the menu. You'll be redirected to our payment processor, where past invoices are listed in the "Invoice History" section.
Editing billing information
To edit your billing information, select "See Past Invoices" from the menu. You'll be redirected to our payment processor. Update your details by clicking "Edit Information" in the "Billing Information" section.
Cancelling your subscription
To cancel your paid subscription outright, select "Change Plan" from the menu, then "Cancel Subscription". You'll be redirected to our payment processor. From there, select your plan under "Active Plan", then "Cancel Plan". Follow the prompts to proceed.
