How do the plans differ?
The free plan includes 1,000 lifetime credits. All paid plans include unlimited credits, so what changes as you move up is speed and volume: higher request rate limits, larger daily result caps, and a bigger monthly external-token allocation. Current paid tiers are $27, $97, and $497 per month (regularly $997).
Do you offer refunds, and how do cancellations work?
MoltSets does not offer refunds on purchases or renewals. Because paid plans include unlimited use for the full billing period, the value is available from the moment payment is processed. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellations and downgrades take effect at your next renewal date with no prorated refund, and you keep your current plan and rate limits until then. If you believe you were charged in error, email [email protected] and we will review it.
