Enrichment vs Search

Search and Enrichment are defined by which endpoints they use.

A 'Search' is any call to one of the following endpoints:

  • Search for People / search_people

  • Search for Companies / search_companies

  • Search for LinkedIn Profile / search_linkedin_profile

  • Search Business Email by Name / search_business_email_by_name

  • Search Business Profile by Name / search_business_profile_by_name

An 'Enrichment' is anything else.

Changing plans

Upgrading

Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged the prorated difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Your billing date does not change.

Downgrading and canceling

Downgrades and cancelations are scheduled for your next renewal date. You keep your current plan and rate limits until then — no prorated refunds are issued.
